The Oladance Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is operated by the ReferralCandy Platform and Oladance Referral Program rules (the “Rules”) apply to referral programs that are administered solely by Oladance. Accepting and sharing your referral link allows you to be bound by these rules. Any violation of these Rules will not only prevent you from participating in any Oladance referral program, now or in the future, but could also result in the forfeiture of any received awards earned through the program.
Program Participation
Anyone can be a referrer. The Referrers must sign up with an email with a Paypal account and get a referral link.

You must set up a Personal PayPal account to receive the rewards.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you may not receive commissions.
Referral Rewards
What rewards can the referrer get?
Referrers will receive a $10 commission for every successful purchase of Oladance earbuds by referring a friend or family member, only for each purchase.
What rewards can the referee get?
Referrers will get $10 off when they purchase Oladance earbuds via the shared link. Only for one order.
Qualified Referrals
A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase that meets the following requirements:
The referee successfully purchased an Oladance earbud through your unique link.
The purchased product must be Oladance earbuds, the charging case is not within the recommended range.
Oladance will review the referred order for Oladance earbuds within 20 days. Only orders that are not returned and not canceled will be verified.
If you are a verified qualified referral, you will receive an email from the ReferralCandy platform that you have been successfully identified as the referrer 20 days after the referral is placed.
Earning Rewards
When will the rewards be distributed?
1. When you receive the email that you are a verified qualified referral, you will receive the cash reward automatically issued by the ReferalCandy platform within 30 days after you receive the email and are successfully identified as a referrer.
2. The cash rewards will be sent to the PayPal account you used to register and you will receive a notification email from Paypal informing you how to claim your cash.
Liability
Oladance expects you to share your referral link and earn referral rewards, but referral links can only be spread through compliant channels. You agree that you will not to:
Get Referees by spamming, bulk emailing, or sending large numbers of unsolicited emails.
Use automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute, post, or respond to your Referral Link
Engage in fraudulent activity. You agree that you and your Referred Users will not defraud or abuse (or attempt to defraud or abuse) Oladance, the terms of the Referral Program, or any invited users.
Use your referral link in any way that violates the law or the rights of others.
Other Terms
The following terms shall also apply to your participation in the Referral Program.
You cannot earn Referral Reward for referring yourselves.
Any Oladance promotions that run for a limited time only are subject to change at Oladance’s sole discretion.
Oladance reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any Referral Programs, as well as any Referrer’s or Referee’s ability to participate in any Referral Programs or receive Referral Reward at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the Referrer and/or Referee), abuse, or any violation of these Rules as well as any agreement (if one exists) between you and Oladance. If Oladance ends any Referral Program, any unused or unredeemed Referral Reward may be forfeited at that time, provided we give you 14 days of notice to use or redeem your Referral Reward.
Oladance may update these Rules at any time. Continued participation in any Referral Programs after any update will mean that you have agreed to the updates.
